Job Description
My Client is a well established and reputable Oil & Gas Consultancy who are looking to break the Australian market after securing a lucrative contract with a Major Oil & Gas operator with Australian Headquarters in Brisbane.
As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a high calibre Business Development Manager with an Operations Geology background (ideally being up to date with all the new technologies regarding wellsite, geosteering, MWD/LWD, mudlogging equipment and software).
An International Consultancy who provide supervision services to oil and gas operators globally; this role will be the first of it's kind in Australia so my Client is seeking a Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling professional services to oil and gas, and related companies. A strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the Australian markets connected with oil and gas organizations would also be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities will include:
*Planning, monitoring and scheduling all of geological activities in Australia
*Supplying the client and geologists with all information needed to ensure technical efficiency & real time decisions
*Communication of progress to the Client and to Head Office
*Mentoring the Junior Geologists
*Working in compliance with all Company's HSE Standards
