Subsurface Team Leader
My client is a highly successful regional operator seeking a Subsurface Team Leader to join their team in exciting Malaysia! This exciting opportunity will require the selected candidate to maximize value of assets through the implementation of approved field development plans.

Key Skills:
*15+ years of strong industry experience, multi field gas development project exposure preferred
*BSc. Engineering or Geology
*Minimum of two years leading a multi-disciplinary subsurface team
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Implementation of approved field development plans including optimization
*Oversight of remodeling studies, reservoir/production modeling, well path/location design and reservoir surveillance activities
*Recommend long-term and implement short team objective plans and budgets
*Provide management support and reviews
