The company is a leading provider of image driven seismic solutions with international geophysical data processing centers. Our global organization provides solutions that are used in the search for oil & gas, finding applications on land, on the oceans' surface and on the seabed. Technologies are applied in traditional 2D and 3D seismic surveys and in rapidly growing areas like time-lapse 4D reservoir monitoring and multi-component data acquisition. Our solutions incorporate a comprehensive toolkit that enables seismic acquisition contractors and oil & gas companies to design and implement successful 2D, 3D, 4D and multi-component land and marine seismic imaging surveys anywhere in the world.
Key Requirements
• Candidate should have at least 4 years’ experience in Q.I. Geophysics and preferably more, and must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master's preferred, or PhD in Geophysics or Geology. Ability and flexibility to travel internationally up to 30%
• Previous experience with Q.I project work in at least conventional reservoirs.
• Strong seismic data conditioning skills and background in seismic inversion of pre-stack and stacked P-wave data. Any experience with multi-component (e.g., converted wave) inversion would be a significant plus
• Experience with Hampson-Russell software and/or Fugro-Jason software, or ability to learn them quickly.
• Ability to learn proprietary rock physics and seismic inversion software quickly
• Ability to work well on projects on a multi-disciplinary team with some of the team members located internationally
• Strong presentation skills and commercial skills and ability to interact well with men and women from diverse cultures.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced quantitative interpretation geophysicist, with broad and deep hands-on skills, and excellent customer-facing skills, to help grow our reservoir services business in the Eastern Hemisphere. The job will be based in Egham, UK , but the geophysicist will need to maintain strong coordination with the Global Reservoir Services Director and his project staff who are based in Houston, USA. The qualified candidate should have experience with seismic data conditioning of gathers (alignment, noise reduction, trace balancing, etc.), seismic-to-well ties and calibration, inversion of pre-stack and post-stack seismic data including low-frequency model construction, seismic attribute analysis and at least basic rock physics.
