My Client is looking for a Reservoir Engineer who can work with their client, who is a large operator based in Stavanger for a 12 month renewable contract.
The Reservoir Engineer will be required to work in the Subsurface team on infill target maturation and detailed planning of the infill wells. Input for optimization of the brown field including medium to long term development planning for the asset. Prospect generation opportunities are available and green planning may be required.
The main role will require you to:
Complete reservoir simulation using Eclipse ( E100 & E300)
Build full field models
Up scale static models generated from Petrel
History matching
Perform EOR studies
Material balance calculations
Study of near wellbore effects
Well bore/lift curve modeling
You may also be required to evaluate infill drilling potentials and individual well performance predictions including uncertainty studies.
The project is for long term work and my client would prefer a consultant to reside in Norway Monday - Friday. You will also be required to report directly to the major operator.
