Job Description
Our Client -
An international oil and gas company, is looking for an experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer to join their growing company in Malaysia, KL.
Job Description
Monitor wells production performances to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
Monitor wells integrity and manage or take appropriate actions as necessary.
Design and prepare program for well intervention, well completion, and well testing.
Work closely with service providers to meet well intervention, well completion and well testing
objectives.
To be on site to supervise well intervention, well completion and well testing job as required.
Work on procurement of equipment and services.
Interacts frequently with reservoir engineer to discuss on subsurface operation issues.
Interact with drilling engineer for design of well completion and testing.
Mentor and develop Junior Engineers.
Candidate Requirements -
Minimum of 15 yrs of experience
Expertise in stochastic modeling, experimental design, heavily faulted reservoirs
Full understanding of well testing
Substantial involvement in Risk analysis and Uncertainty analysis
Experimental Design
History of interaction with drilling/production/operations group
Experience in FDP, Reservoir Management and reservoir optimization
Minimum 7 yrs Eclipse simulation experience
Candidate recognition for infills and workovers.
