Senior Geophysicist - Team Lead
Our client is a leading international operator seeking a Senior Team Lead Geophysicist to join their team in their Bangkok offices. This Senior level position will offer the selected candidate to join a market leader in the oil and gas industry.
This excellent opportunity will offer the selected candidate a full expatriate salary package while earning a competitive monthly salary. The expatriate package will include (but is not limited to) housing, schooling, full medical etc.
Key Skills:
*BSc. Geophysics
*10+ years of strong oil and gas industry experience within Development and Exploration Geophysics
*Excellent knowledge of geology, petrophyics and understanding of reservoir engineering
*Deepwater seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation skills
*Strong industry standard software knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Provide input for structural interpretation for onshore/offshore blocks
*Provide recommendations for proposed exploration wells while advising on development plans and well locations
*Review 2d/3d seismic acquisition and processing plans/operations
*Review operator plans and budgets
