Our client, a leading service company specialising in Upstream Data Management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager for the GDM Data Management business at their clients offices in the North of Aberdeen.
Key Requirements
Must be experienced in Upstream Data Management with good hands-on knowledge in either Seismic or Well Data Management. Able to lead a large team within a customer location and be sensitive to global work culture. Must have at least 15 years of industry experience
Job Description
Responsible for stable execution of GDM Data Management business as usual BAU activities by ensuring adequate utilization of the team across the locations
Ensure standard customer satisfaction adopted process is satisfactory and is at a high level
Ensure SLAs are complied with as per the contractual agreement
Ensure knowledge is spread across the team there by having effective succession planning within the team
Responsible for all client interaction on GDM BAU including reporting and reviews on monthly basis
Ensure adequate synergy within the team
Participate in responding to ad-hoc requirements and any new related work arising from the client
Constantly engage with the customer and the remote team by travelling on regular basis
Risk identification and mitigation of the GDM BAU delivery
Closely liaise with the Project Manager to ensure Operating margin targets are complied with
Work with the teams/leads to identify process and continuous improvement measures
