Requirements: Degree in Petroleum Geology or Geophysics, preferably MSc…Min 15 years oil industry experience…strong background in interpretation geophysics, preferably with some knowledge of development…Petrel experience highly advantageous…This opportunity offers a great deal of variety for a self-motivated and suitably qualified Interpretation Geophysicist to join as a Consultant on a minimum 1 year contract.
Job Description
Location: UK – Central London
Job Status: Contract (Min 1 Year)
Start Date: February/March 2013

Open To: EU citizen or UK work permit holders
Package: This is a minimum 1 years’ contract and a Consultancy Day Rate of £1000 - £1200 per day (circa £276K) is on offer dependent on skills and experience.

Your main duties will focus around the geophysical input related to the development of subsurface models and will require strong geophysical skills and knowledge.
