A successful oil and gas operator is actively recruiting for a G&G Specialist to join their team in Pakistan on a contract basis. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Pakistani national to work with a successful oil and gas exploration, development and production company.

Essential Job Experience:

*Master degree/Phd in related subject
*20+ years experience with reputable E&P Companies available at all levels of seniority
*Excellent knowledge and experience in building regional sequence stratigraphic frameworks, depositional models, GDE maps (preferable in extension basins
*Strong understanding of prospect generation /evaluation of stratigraphic leads
*Previous experience using geo-scientific software on both Linux and Windows based operating systems
*Strong understanding and experience in using various seismic attributes and inversion

This position is office based in Karachi on a 12 month contract.
