Regional Depth Imaging Advisor

Our client is a leading oil and gas company that has offices internationally. As a result of their ongoing success, they are looking to fill a Regional Depth Imaging Advisor position to work out of their Kuala Lumpur offices. This senior level position would allow the selected candidate to act as a key individual in providing technical leadership for depth imaging projects across the region.

This role will also offer the selected candidate the opportunity to earn a competitive annual base salary including expatriate benefits (housing, schooling, medical etc.)

Key Qualifications:
*Bsc. Geophysics or related field, MSc / PhD not required but preferred
*10+ years of oil and gas industry experience - seismic processing
*Regional experience in the Australia Pacific region an asset
*Ability to guide regional depth imaging teams

Job Scope:
*Provide technical leadership for depth imaging projects in the region
*Provide technical expertise in regional management decisions
*Frequent technical presentation to clients
*Coordination / presentation of depth imaging case studies
*Participate in global technical meetings

This position will be office based in Kuala Lumpur, but also require you to travel around SE Asia and into office locations in Australia.
