Mud Logger

Leap29 is currently inviting an interested from Mud Logging Specialist with educational background in Geology and solid experience in mud logging for a great job opportunity in Papua New Guinea. Our client is the leading service provider in mud logging and data engineering in the industry and they are currently looking for proactive and skilled Mud Loggers for an exciting new opening in Papua New Guinea. A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

*Assist in the acquisition of well data
*Collecting and examine the cuttings samples
*Log the rock types from the drilled cuttings
*Monitor well parameters
*Maintain the sensors and gas equipment in good condition


To be considered for this exciting opportunity candidates need to have the below skills and experience:

*Qualified in Geology (Bachelor or Master Degree)
*Minimum 2 years of experience
*Strong knowledge of well site operation
*Experience in Mud Logging
*Excellent analytical skills
*Working experience in Papua New Guinea
