Technology Centre Representative based in Mexico City, Mexico

Leap29 are looking for candidates to fill the position of Technology Centre Representative position for our client based in Mexico City, Mexico. Our client is a well-established International company, which offers unique seismic solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry.

The role is to provide high technical expertise; to liaise and be the point of contact between R&D and production. The position is recognised by both the company and its clients as the point of contact for their technical disciplines within the centre.

Job Duties

*Participate to the creation of processing centre strategy with the processing centre manager.
*Assess processing projects which test innovative sequences.
*Provide feasibility studies and analysis which are not part of the planned production sequence.
*Link Reservoir along with processing techniques to assess projects.
*Learn and put into practice the use of new technologies developed internally by the company.
*Plan and develop new technologies locally with the technology team in accordance to the requirements of the customer and company mid-term.

Qualifications

*9 years of experience in Oil and gas industry
*Masters or PHD on Geophysics or Geology
*Bilingual in Spanish and English
*Strong experience and knowledge of Reservoirs
*Skilled in Acquisition, Processing, Seismic Interpretation and Depth Imaging.
*Have a strong Customer Focus with good communication and judgement skills and is able to use their initiative.
