My client is an independent international Oil & Gas company is currently looking for an Operations Geologist to work on the permanent basis in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will be part of the Geoscience team and must have good proficiency in well site operations background.


The Operations Geologist will reporting to the Head of Geoscience and responsible for the following:

*Well planning
*Analyse potential risk
*Provide data acquisition
*Prepare report
*Interpret well data
*Well Forecast
*Supervise contractors' work

Essential requirements:

*Geology degree
*Relevant industry experience
*Practical background with core analysis
*Experience with sedimentological core description
*Understanding of sequence stratigraphic principles
*Experience in logging operations
*Fluency in English
