can someone recommend what is the best GIS software for a hydropower company..scope of work includes tunnel design, geology, water resources...thanks |

I don't think a lot of people can help you with GIS software recommendations here. Expecially with respect to geotechnical applications as most geologists here use 3D subsurface programs with other goals. I think your best bet would be to contact ESRI and discuss your needs and ask for a quote. |
