Post Goals to the Top
I'm trying to plan out how to move up from geologist I to exploration geologist. I'm in a unique situation where I work with 7 senior exploration geologist, I do general ops but also mapping, correlation. I've done this from beginning to hand off to development. I love it but with only a BA I need to figure out how to move up the later, masters is an option but working 240-300 hrs a month it's second option. So how do I do this.
Thanks
