GeoFrame integrated reservoir characterization system gives you the freedom to precisely describe the subsurface throughout your entire exploration and development workflow.
This release provides a new functionality called Bedrock that supports the streaming transfer of well data from GeoFrame software to Petrel seismic-to-simulation software without the need for files. Users execute the transfer completely from within the Petrel environment. Bedrock is a GeoFrame database server that provides remote read-write access to GeoFrame project databases across dissimilar platforms in a heterogeneous network. In this release, the transfer of well data, including boreholes, deviation surveys, checkshots, log curves, and markers, is supported between GeoFrame 4.5
SP 5 and both Petrel 2010.2 and Petrel 2010.1.
