Can anybody tell me how to convert the non Darcy flow factor, Beta, with units of atmĀ·s2/g to units of /ft ? It's not obvious how you would do this, and an internet search proved insuccesful

thanks

Tom,

You can convert using these formulas:
1 atm =14.7 psi*(32ft/s2) = 14.7*144 Lb/ft2 *32 ft/s2
Then replace 1gm =1000/2.2 lbs

Now you have your conversion factor to convert atm.s2/g to 1/ft.

Hope this helped!
