Post Shale baseline shift
Hi to all

I want to know the right procedure of applying the shale baseline shift in both clastic and non clastic rocks. If anyone can tell me I will be really grateful!

thanks,

Shale baselines need to be looked at on a case-by-case basis. There are some decent workflows though and a good approach to clastic shale baselines is explained here: http://www.spec2000.net/11-vshvisual.htm

good luck!

btw. What do you mean with non-clastic rocks? carbonates?
