correlation between four parameters Sw=f(Vcl, PHIE, Klog)

Dear members,

I need to make correlation between four parameters which are Sw, Vcl PHIE and K_Log (perm log); how can I do it and by which tool it's possible?

Can someone please tell me the steps; to reach with equation Sw=F (Vcl, PHIE, K_Log) like Sw=(A* Vcl)+(B* PHIE)+(C* K_Log)+D
