A leading provider of information to the global Energy, Defence, Power, and the Environmental Industries seeks a Support/Training Advisor to provide technical support and training for International Energy products to Clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Working in the Company’s Client Support Group within the Energy Division, you will be exposed to the related databases, information, and products. You will fully trained in how data is acquired, stored, accessed and most importantly used by the client base. Following intense training, you will be competent in supporting the user client base and taking on more support activities.
Key Requirements
A Geoscience related degree…Fluency in Italian and Spanish essential. French advantageous…A minimum of 5 years oil and gas industry experience…Strong aptitude for databases and web-based technologies essential…The ability to deliver high quality training/presentations to end clients.
Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide technical support for international data content and services within the Energy Division…Be responsible for all Client contact through phone support, site visits, emails, lunch and learns, demonstrations and training…Communicate with the account managers regarding any ongoing support issues with Clients, and work with them to create training plans…Ascertain knowledge and understanding of industry workflows and how the customer utilises products to suggest best practices.
