Through their O&G business, they supply industrial gases to oil and gas producers to support drilling operations and increase oil and natural gas recovery.
The Position
The Senior O&G Program Development Leader will be a strategic leader within the R&D team, and the subject matter expert for O&G technology and 'below the ground' applications. This position will define, develop and drive delivery of the O&G technology platform. It can be located in Newark, Delaware or Houston, Texas.
Key Requirements
•Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Geology or Chemical Engineering with a proven track record in the industry. (Candidates with MS and exceptional experience will be considered.
•10 or more years of experience involving developing applications in Exploration & Production and/or natural gas service industry.
•Able to provide clear examples of experiences, including:

-Innovation and developing products through commercialization
-Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering and site selection, including geology of oil and gas reservoirs
-Industrial gas applications in natural gas and oil recovery
-Oil , gas and hydrocarbon liquid recovery technology
•Ability to use models for hydraulic fracturing of oil, gas and hydrocarbon liquid reservoirs
•Strong Professional network and ability to expand it
•Autonomous and self-directed
•Up to 25% travel required
Job Description
•Provide senior-level program leadership in development of upstream oil and gas exploration and production applications.
•Contribute to shaping of program and project definition, technology and product development strategy
•Represent Company effectively in the industry and enhance Company’s credibility and reputation.
•Develop and grow external partnerships with O&G industry stakeholders and universities.
•Promote the use of “energized” fracturing fluids via conference presentations and customer meetings.
•Identify and develop value-added applications of industrial gases in oil and natural gas recovery.
•Further develop in-house experimental and modeling capabilities for oil and gas recovery.
