Job Description
Petrophysicist
Location: Russia
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive
A great opportunity has arisen to the professional Petrophysicist to join a large National Oil&Gas Operator based in Russia. You will work as part of an integrated geoscience team and will report directly to Development Team Leader.
To qualify for this position the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
*Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
*Wide Petrophysical Interpretation experience
*Petrophysical Education
*Fluency in Russian and English
Knowledge of:
*Technical calculation
*Cost-efficiency analysis
*Labour legislation
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Analysis & interpretation of data
*Construction of petrophysical dependencies
*Supporting well planning & reservoir completion design
*Risk assessment
*Log analysis, core analysis
*Petrophysical Model Building
*Define open hole & cased hole electrical logging programs
*Hydrocarbon Reserves Estimation
