My client, a growing E&P, is looking for a petrophysicist in Bakersfield, CA. This petrophysicist will be working to support reservoir studies and performance evaluations. The candidate will be working both developed and undeveloped projects, water floods, conventional and unconventional. The candidate will be working on a team to assist with performance evaluations and optimize operations and recovery.

Job Description
My client is looking for a candidate who will be self motivating, and able to work on teams. There is room for growth within the company. The candidate will assist teams and have knowledge of petrophysical applications and evaluation process. Knowledge of clastic and carbonate reservoirs, and use classical petrophysical techniques.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with petrophysical and geological analysis and how it integrates, and the ability to design logging programs to maximize data acquisition.
