Provide leadership for delivery and quality assurance of formation evaluation data, supplier performance management and safe, reliable data acquisition operations.
Job Description

As Operations Petrophysicist/Wireline witness your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure Wireline Logging and Logging While Drilling ops are planned and implemented to meet or exceed company requirements.
Liaise closely with company's operations team to scope Wireline Logging and LWD requirements, source equipment to meet well objectives.
Prepare detailed Wireline Logging and LWD programs in conjunction with the Sunbury Subsurface team and appropriate management.
Assist company representatives with co-ordination and control of Wireline Logging and LWD operations.
Prepare detailed operational reports covering safety, quality, performance & technical considerations for Wireline Logging operations.
Assist PSCM with contract tenders, bid evaluations and clarification negotiations.
Cost control and contract management of e-line and LWD SORAC contracts.
Monitor KPIs through the SPM system.
Hold Quarterly Performance Reviews and perform base audits
Act as link between AGTR and the relevant Sector to ensure that local practices align as closely as possible with the Global Sector Strategy.
Essential criteria & qualifications:
Relevant Engineering or Geoscience Degree
The candidate should have significant industry experience, specifically field experience with a major wireline or LWD company.
With this background the candidate may support The company's requirements in terms of technical knowledge of the data acquisition process, the ability to conduct an effective supplier base audit, and witness equipment preparation and load out. There may be a requirement to witness data acquisition operations at the wellsite. Additionally the candidate's experience in contract management will benefit the company in Supplier performance management and key performance indicator score card evaluation
