District Geologist
Location: Oklahoma
Our client are a highly reputable independent oil and gas operator with assets throughout North America. They are seeking an experienced District Geologist to support E&P with the assigned Asset Team.
As District Geologist you will be responsible for generating and evaluating drilling prospects, preparing and reviewing data for economic analysis and acquisition decisions, providing operational support, formulating and recommending joint ventures and projects with external companies, serve as a technical resource for teams and less experienced Geologist.
Essential requirements:
-B.S Degree in Geoscience
-5 + years industry experience
-Proven ability to identify field extension and acquisition opportunities
-Skilled in integrating core data in geological evaluations#
-Strong business acumen including prospect risk, reserve assessment, and petroleum economics
-Competent in all technical complex geological activities
-Previous experience working for large independent operators
