I am currently looking for outstanding candidates in both ability and experience for this position as Director of Development and Production. This role, for a leading global oil and gas company, will initially be based in Moscow and will then require moving to Venezuela to work on a key part of the company's current operations. This is a role of considerable responsibility requiring a management specialist in geology, engineering (development), drilling and infrastructure development.

Director of Development and Production
I am currently looking for outstanding candidates in both ability and experience for this position as Director of Development and Production. Job Responsibilities:
Operational analysis of the development and analysis of reserves
Production forecast
Analysis of project documentation
Making a decision in preparation or adjustment of project documentation
Management of the program and further evaluation of related engineering projects
Ensure the implementation of project solutions in planning and organizing activities for the development and production of oil and gas, in compliance with the project requirements of the work
Organize and supervise the preparation of the FDP
Preparation of annual plans of production
Qualifications:
At least 15 years of relevant experience
Over 7 years of managerial experience
Essential Job Experience:
Working experience with heavy oil
Working experience in major greenfield projects
International experience - at least 5 years in major international projects
Education Requirements:
High-level technical education in Geology or equivalent
International professional certificate would be advantageous
Additional Required Skills:
Language skills - proficiency in both Spanish and Russian
Further strong language skills in English preferred
Good HSE experience and awareness
Skilled communicator with strong analytical abilities
