Commercial Manager based in Perth. Competetive salary and package
My client is an Australian super major and is one of largest oil and gas companies in the world. They are relatively new to operating in the Australian market but are already witnessing huge success. They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their expanding team as Commercial Manager.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful coordination of the operator's commercial activities surrounding some of Australia's most exciting oil and gas projects. They will provide effective management for commercial matters as well as building good relationships with joint venture partners.
The successful candidate will be a representative of the company and will be responsible for negotiating terms with JV partners, with regards to LNG sales agreements along with a broad range of other project transactions. They will be capable of working within and managing a team made up multi-disciplined individuals.
Below is a list of essential skills and experience that are required for this role:
*A University degree in a Business or Engineering subject
*10+ years of experience working in the oil and gas industry
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Experience working in the upstream oil and gas sector
*Experience in business development and JV governance
*Background working on both Exploration and Production projects
