Facies Template

Hello,
I have created a new template under facies which includes both colours and patterns however when I look at the well interpretation window the colour is correct but the pattern is not there. Does any one know if there is a way to view the pattern and/or why it isnt appearing automatically with the colour?

You have to specify if you want to display the pattern in the style of the wellsection template as is shown in the image below:

Do you know if it possible to see the pattern in the 3D window as well?

No, I don't think thats possible (no petrel here at home). If it is it will be in the style tab of the global well log (when you have the 3d window active).
