Hello,

I have been trying to export a shapefile from Petrel and convert it from utm to geographical coordinates. I want to load it into arcmap/quantum GIS but it loads as points and not as a line polygon.
Are there any plug-ins for petrel 2009.2 to export a shapefile? Or would it be possible to export a Irap Classic lines(ASCII) in a format Arcmap map understands (with good coordinaes)?

I have no idea if this is possible have you filled a support ticket at SLB? They are usually pretty quick on these issues!

FYI: I found out that the solution might be in a software-module called:Prosource Petrel ArcGIS. This will let me import and export shapefiles and rasters with coordinates.
