Post Accelerometer for directional drilling probe.
Hey, can anyone explain to me how accelerometer sensor works in directional probe?
I know that there are several different types of accelerometers; capacitive, piezoelectric, piezoresistive, hall effect, magnetoresistive and also heat transfer.

Which sensor applies on the directional probe? How does it works?

Thanks! :)
