Well Shoot and Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP) Examples
Description: On seismic velocity maps, wells in which well shoots have been recorded should be labelled with the appropriate well symbols and the letters WS.

All other borehole seismic surveys should be flagged with the letters VSP (vertical seismic profile). The nomenclature for the differing types of vertical seismic profiles should be as shown here.
