- Description: This image shown a technique used for upscaling core permeability to a log based porosity relationship. The permeability datapoints are binnen and either the Arithmetic (orange points) or Harmonic (light blue points) are calculated. A regression is then run through these points. The Geometric average can be run in excel directly as this is close to the log-linear regression line (black)
