can anyone assist me to understand how i can contraint/obtain the thcikness of my continental crust from wel data using this technique?

I guess you could do something with the temperature and do some heatflow analysis. I don't think data from a well can help you much with getting the thickness of the continental crust without going into some assumptious modeling.
