Thermal Neutron Ratio, Right (TNRR)

This is an acronym for a well log used in the oil and gas industry. The acronym TNRR is a unique identifier to recognize this particular log and can be encountered in your log evaluation software or your corporate datastores. The acronym stands for 'Thermal Neutron Ratio, Right'. This log is not often acquired after (or during) drilling a well.

This log helps to evaluate the ratio of the count rate of the near detector to that of the far detector in a thermal neutron logging device
